Sous notre climat, un v\u00eatement mal choisi ne le rend pas seulement inconfortable : il colle, irrite les plis, et on finit par le changer trois fois dans la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"encart encart--cle\">\n<h4>\u00c0 retenir<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coton pur pour tout ce qui touche la peau.<\/li>\n<li>Une coupe ample laisse circuler l&rsquo;air, une coupe ajust\u00e9e colle.<\/li>\n<li>Les couleurs claires renvoient la lumi\u00e8re, les fonc\u00e9es l&rsquo;absorbent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/aside>\n<h3>Une seule r\u00e8gle sur la mati\u00e8re<\/h3>\n<p>Le coton, et rien d&rsquo;autre pour ce qui touche la peau. Le polyester garde la chaleur et l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 contre le corps. Regardez l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette de composition avant le prix : un m\u00e9lange \u00e0 60 % de coton ne vaut pas un coton pur, m\u00eame si la main para\u00eet douce en boutique.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"encart encart--astuce\">\n<h4>Le geste qui change tout<\/h4>\n<p>Un haut de rechange en permanence dans le sac. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les manches courtes larges aux manches longues fines, et les robes ou les shorts aux pantalons ajust\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les b\u00e9b\u00e9s, une seule pi\u00e8ce vaut mieux que deux superpos\u00e9es : un body seul suffit largement dans la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<h3>Les couleurs claires ne sont pas qu&rsquo;une question de go\u00fbt<\/h3>\n<p>Le blanc, l&rsquo;\u00e9cru, le bleu ciel et le jaune p\u00e2le renvoient la lumi\u00e8re. Le noir et le bleu marine l&rsquo;absorbent : la diff\u00e9rence se sent r\u00e9ellement en plein soleil, surtout entre midi et quinze heures.<\/p>\n<h3>Ce qu&rsquo;on oublie souvent<\/h3>\n<p>Les pieds. Des chaussettes \u00e9paisses dans des baskets ferm\u00e9es font transpirer autant qu&rsquo;un pull. Sandales et chaussettes fines pour la journ\u00e9e, chaussures ferm\u00e9es seulement quand c&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pratique\"><strong>En pratique<\/strong> pr\u00e9voyez toujours un haut de rechange dans le sac.
